Personal data

The only part of this site that collects data is the AI scorecard form. Nothing is sent unless you tick the consent box on that form, and nothing is saved in your browser.

Data controller: Cédric Atticot dit Ravino, cedric.atticot@live.fr.
Data: first name, last name, work email, phone (optional), company, job title, scorecard answers and score, context (company size, situation, priority, preferred way of working, budget, success criterion), page address, consent text.
Purpose: to answer your scorecard request and contact you about it.
Legal basis: your consent (GDPR, Article 6(1)(a)), given by ticking the box on the form. The box is optional: your results are shown either way. You can withdraw your consent at any time by email.
Retention: 3 years after the last contact.
Recipient: Cédric Atticot dit Ravino only. Your data is never sold or passed on.
Storage: a Supabase database installed on a server rented from IONOS SARL, in France.
Notification: a summary of each request, contact details included, is sent to me through the Telegram messaging service, whose servers may be located outside the European Union.
Your rights: access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, portability. Write to cedric.atticot@live.fr. You can also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

This site sets no cookies. It uses no audience measurement, no advertising pixel and no tracker.

Fonts

The Syne, Outfit and JetBrains Mono fonts (SIL Open Font License) are served from this site. No request is made to a third-party service to display them.
